Vastned pursues a conservative financing structure

Financing is an important pillar of the Vastned strategy. Vastned pursues a conservative financing strategy amongst others a loan-to-value with a maximum of 40% over time and broadening of the financings resources to become less dependable on bank financing.

Financing goals

Vastned formulated the following financing goals:

  • A loan-to-value with a maximum of 40%
  • A maximum of 1/3 of the loan portfolio has a variable interest rate
  • At least 25% of the loan portfolio consists of non-bank financing

Green Finance Framework

Sustainability forms an integral part of Vastned’s mission, strategy and organisation. To anchor sustainability in Vastned’s financing, Vastned has developed a Green Finance Framework (‘Framework’).
