On 1 January 2025 at 00.00 CET, Vastned Retail N.V. merged with and into Vastned NV, a limited liability company (naamloze vennootschap) and public regulated real estate company (openbare gereglementeerde vastgoedvennootschap) under Belgian law, with its registered office at Generaal Lemanstraat 61, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium, and with company number 0431.391.860 (RLE Antwerp, Antwerp division). The shares in Vastned Retail N.V. were exchanged for shares in Vastned NV. All shares of Vastned NV are admitted to trading on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam.
